Ms. Mabe is extremely knowledgeable and REALISTIC when selling

Ms. Mabe was our realtor and sold our home for us on St. Thomas. We used two previous realtors with whom we had bad experiences. Wish we had hired Ms. Mabe first! She didn’t just say what we wanted to hear – and that’s why she sold our home during a difficult economic period. Very pragmatic advice. We were especially impressed with the in-depth market evaluation she did to come up with a reasonable price for selling our home. The others did not. My husband and I would recommend Ms. Mabe highly.
