Hull Bay (Estate Hull Bay, The Little Northside)
If you Google Hull Bay, St. Thomas, you will find at least 5 sites offering the surf and weather report. Hull Bay is well known as the best spot to find surf on St. Thomas but the beach offers more. Not as “discovered” as some beaches, it is popular with northside residents looking for just that ambiance. Seagrape trees offer shade if you want a quiet beach to read and with a boat ramp for those boats that can be trailered, it is a popular anchorage for small boats and for fisherman. And, it is one of the few dog friendly beaches on St. Thomas.
Tropaco Point, Hull Bay, is the spit of land that is between Hull Bay and Magens Bay so no matter which side of the point you are on, the views are wonderful, the homes are waterfront or one or two tiers above the water and the home prices are, in general higher than other parts of Hull Bay. As you leave the point and head inland what you lose in terms of the immediacy of the water below and sound of the waves is offset by the panoramic and spectacular views to be had at the higher elevations.
